Herrick Roofing Solutions is owned and operated by long time Sedona local, Bryan Herrick, who has been servicing Verde Valley roofs since 2008. The Herrick Family is well known in the community, and has worked in local construction for three generations. Bryan is a true family man, and gives back the community every chance he gets. He operates with honor, integrity and strives to offer the best roofing solution for each client every step of their construction project.

Residential or Commercial
Shingle
Asphalt shingles are one of the most common roofing materials for pitched roofs. They are easy to install, durable, and waterproof. They are also affordable and come in a wide selection of styles and textures. In addition, many shingles provide protection against wind, sound and even fire. They don’t require much maintenance, and repairs are typically simple. Shingle roofs have a lifespan of 25-30 years, and with a free estimate we are able to advise whether a repair or a replacement is in your best interest.
Flat/Low Slope
A flat roof is a roof which is almost level in contrast to the many types of sloped roofs. The slope of a roof is properly known as its pitch and flat roofs have up to approximately 10°. Flat roofs, or "low-slope" roofs, are also commonly found on commercial buildings throughout our area. Any sheet of material used to cover a flat or low-pitched roof is usually known as a membrane and the primary purpose of these membranes is to waterproof the roof area. Having said this, upon giving an estimate we will suggest the best option for your flat roof project!
Metal
Metal is one of the most versatile roof systems available, and when installed properly it will outlast all of the others. Although the cost is considerably higher than other roofing systems, metal is the most energy efficient, and will give you comfort and security. And it goes without saying, they are the most visually appealing. There are various types to choose from and we are happy to discuss the different styles of metal and determine if it is the right fit for your home or commercial building.
